Yahoo email got hacked and someone took loans in my name

My Yahoo email got hacked and it has been a nightmare. When I called Yahoo to try and get my account back they said it wasn't me. Like I'm not the one calling about my own email.

Then the scammer used my info to try and get loans through an online website called Borrowly.com. I think they might have actually succeeded with some of them. The email they keep using is *************@gmail.com and they call from numbers like 818-381-4564, 816-640-7886, 816-381-4571, 716-381-4560 and a bunch of other local numbers pretending to be in my area. This whole thing has just been awful.
