Ordered Hey Dudes on TikTok with no way to contact them

I ordered a pair of Hey Dudes off TikTok. Used my Apple Pay to pay for it, total was $21.49. I got a receipt and everything but there is no way to contact this company.

The phone number they had was (813) 428-3836 but I don't even know if that's real. The email they used was [email protected]. I tried looking but there is no website or nothing. Just the TikTok page.

So I'm out the money and have no shoes. No reply from them at all.
