Phone calls saying we are being sued over a loan from 2016

This company called my children looking for my spouse and also called my spouse like 7 or 8 times. When I called them back, they already had all my spouse’s info but then wanted me to confirm my own personal info including my social security number. They asked my spouse to verify our address and tell them when we would be home so they could deliver legal documents. They told my spouse we were being sued for some property complaint.

The first time I called, the person got belligerent and just hung up when I wouldn’t give them my personal information. So I called back and someone else said we were both being sued for a loan my spouse took out in 2016 with Bottom Dollar Consumer Credit. My spouse never took out any loan like that. I cannot find this legal office or creditor anywhere. They said the legal company is based in LA.
