Ordered a band that never came and they say delivered

I ordered something on 4/29/26 from this company. It was an 8 shaped silicone resistant band with massage grip. On 5/6/26 I got a message saying it was sorted at Shenzhen general warehouse operations center at 10:36 am with lots of tracking info. The original tracking number was JSEEX0687948138YQ and order number 29805M264281.

Then it says it was delivered to my mail box with a post office tracking number 9235990408938601094717. It was not delivered. I went and asked the postmaster and they gave me a letter about it. I sent that letter to the company and they emailed me back saying Proof of Delivery #JSEE... saying it was delivered successfully. It was not.

I found out it was a scam and reported it. I lost $47.
