Ordered a bluetooth CD and it’s been two months with no delivery

I placed an order for a bluetooth CD on their website m.bounth.com. It’s been almost 2 months now and I still haven’t gotten it. The tracking showed it arrived in LA here in California, but then for no reason it got sent to the East Coast, and then back to California again. They didn’t give any details and the location updates were really vague.

I emailed [email protected] twice over about a week and a half and never got a reply. I lost $51.49 on this. No idea what’s going on with it.
