Paid for an order from Boutiqcart but they demanded more money to ship it

I placed an order from Boutiqcart. They said they got my payment, but then turned around and said my first PayPal payment didn't go to the right account. I had to dispute that with PayPal, and I'm still not sure if that was part of the whole thing.

I ended up paying through Cash App instead. I even sent them a screenshot over text to confirm they got the money. They said the package shipped, but then told me I wouldn't get it unless I paid a lot more money. When I asked for a refund instead, they just stopped answering me. I never got my order or my $400 back.
