Unauthorized charge from a website that doesn't work

I got an authorized charge on my account for $34.95. I never signed up for any services with them. The website is bowcredit.com and it doesn't work. I tried the phone number and it's just a foreign voicemail. This is definitely a scam. I looked into it and it seems to be some kind of consumer credit report thing, but I never asked for it. Nothing works and my money is just gone.
