Infomercial weight loss supplement charged after I thought it was declined

I saw this infomercial for a weight loss supplement. My credit card got rejected at first so I actually called my card company to thank them for blocking it because I looked up the product online and saw it doesn't work. But then they told me the charge went through anyway for $207.00.

I asked them to dispute it. Then the company Boyhood called me and I told them I want to cancel. They said they would email me if I unblocked them. That was it. They never called back or emailed or anything. I still have no idea what to do.
