Email about stone siding work for a house I have never seen

I got an email from someone named Brad Owen saying he needs front elevation stone siding done on his property in Columbus. He said he has the house on the market and wants to upgrade to panelized stone systems like Versetta Stone or GenStone just for the front side at 4 feet high.

He said he is a petroleum engineer and is at work so I should drive down to the house and give my recommendation on materials and color. Then email him the estimate so we can proceed. But the address was partially blacked out and the whole thing felt strange. No company name on the email. I never went to the house obviously.

The phone number he gave was (857) 422-8657 and the address was 1099 Lawrence Dr, Columbus, OH 43207. The email was [email protected]. I did not lose any money but it just felt off.
