Brain FM pink noise claims are not backed by real science
I bought a subscription to Brain FM because they said their pink noise helps with focus and productivity. I saw some papers they referenced but when I looked into it those studies don’t actually prove what they claim. It feels like they are making stuff up to sell the product.
I paid about $100 for this. I’m not saying it’s a scam in a criminal way but it feels dishonest. They use fancy language about brain waves and science but the research I found says pink noise does not work the way they say it does. I just wanted something that actually helped me concentrate and now I feel like I wasted my money.
Their address is in CA, USA. I don’t have a phone number or website handy but it was an online purchase. No one from the company ever explained anything when I asked.
