YouTube ad for brain supplements with fake Nobel Prize doctors

I saw this ad on YouTube for BrainLive and FloraZen. They said I needed these for my condition. After I hung up the phone I started thinking. One of the guys talking about the products looked like an actor from China. The other looked like he was from India. They both said they won Nobel Prizes in Neurology.

So I looked them up. No Nobel Prize winners in Neurology with those names. That’s when I knew I got scammed. I called Visa right away to stop payment but it hadn’t gone through yet. They told me to wait and see if anything showed up.

Something did show up. I called their customer service number in Minnesota. They sent me to a number in Texas. Then they gave me another number in Florida. I tried again this morning and when they called back my Verizon call filter flagged it as a possible scam. I haven’t opened any of the stuff they sent and I’m done trying to contact them. Lost $923.
