Ordered from TikTok ad and never got my stuff

I saw this ad on TikTok and ordered through there. Paid in full, 31.99 dollars. I think it’s the same company I ordered from back in January because the same thing happened then—never sent anything.

Now they’re saying it must be my mistake why I didn’t get the items. Both times I got the exact same response. They won’t give me a full refund.

I just want my money back.
