Ordered from braveststudios.com and never got my item or any updates

I placed an order from the Bravest Studios website on January 21st, 2026. The item description said it "ships immediately." It's been a while now and I still haven't received anything. I haven't even gotten a tracking update.

I use the SHOP app to track all my online orders. The app shows the item is still in their possession. I paid $145 and I have nothing to show for it. I tried the email [email protected] but got no reply. It just doesn't make sense for a company to take your money and then go completely silent.
