Overcharged for a hair straightener at the mall kiosk

I was at the Brea Mall and bought a hair straightener from one of the kiosks. They talked about cheaper deals, but it's a scam. They upcharge everything on their website and then act like the kiosk price is good.

I ended up paying $377 for it. After I got home, I looked into it and saw tons of people only paid $150 for the same thing. I was charged double. They even took a picture of my ID, saying it was for the warranty. That was a lie.

Now they won't give me a refund. My item is still unopened and unused, and I told them I was overcharged, but they refuse to work with me. It's so disappointing. I'm going to have to go through my bank with this.
