Ordered a product in March, never got it and can't get a refund.

I placed an order on BreatheFree.shop at the beginning of March. They gave me a delivery date of March 13th. It's now way past that and the item still isn't here.

When I check the tracking, it just shows the package going to different states. Every update says it's delayed for "postage assessment." That doesn't make any sense to me.

I've asked for my money back more than once. They don't reply at all. I'm out $74.89 and have nothing to show for it.
