Charged more than I agreed to for a trauma test on an app

I took the childhood trauma test on this app called Breeze. At the end it asked how much I wanted to spend and I picked the $1 option. That was all I agreed to. But after I put in my payment they charged me the $1 and then also took another $14.99 without asking me.

I never said yes to that $14.99. I tried contacting them at [email protected] about it and asked for a refund but nobody ever wrote back or fixed it. The app also auto renews if you don't cancel even though I never signed up for that. Feels like they tricked me with the billing.
