Got charged $20 after a $1.99 trial, then they ghosted me

I saw an offer from Breeze Wellbeing for a trial that was supposed to be $1.99. I took it, and then they charged my card $20 right after. I never agreed to that.

When I contacted their support email, [email protected], they just sent me a screenshot of some screen I’ve never seen before and then stopped replying. The website is breeze-wellbeing.com.

It feels like they’re just taking advantage of people. I’m out $18 total and they won’t even talk to me.
