Charged for a VIP subscription I never signed up for
So I contacted their support and they told me I must have checked a box for the subscription so they couldn't refund me. I know I didn't. After that I looked at their website and it says there is a free trial for 5 days and then you get charged $29.99. But I didn't even sign up for a free trial and they charged me $39.99, not $29.99. I contacted them right when the charge showed up, which was still within 5 days of my first purchase, and they still said no refund.
Bought a $4.99 ebook and got charged for a bundle I didn't want
So I contacted them at [email protected] and they said they'd give me half my money back. Not the full amount. And on top of that they sent me the wrong book for my original order.
I lost about $29 total. They have my money and I don't have what I paid for. Phone number they used was (859) 445-0385.
Paid for a one day ebook and now they keep trying to charge my card
Now they keep trying to charge my card different amounts. They already got $29.99 from me. I didn't sign up for anything else. I just wanted the ebook for one day.
