Getting constant calls about a tax matter I don't owe

I keep getting multiple calls every single day for weeks now. They're from someone named Brian Lopez from a special resolution unit, saying it's about a tax matter. They use different phone numbers and I block every one, but new ones just pop up.

The message is always the same, telling me to call 833-727-9955 to take care of unresolved tax balances. I never pick up, but they leave a voicemail every time. It's the exact same recording from the same guy.

I don't owe any tax balances. I just want the calls to stop, but I can't get them to quit calling me.
