Getting constant calls about a fake tax matter

I keep getting these calls, at least two to four every single day from different numbers. It's been going on for months. I block one number and they just call from a new one.

The message is always the same. It's a guy saying he's "Brian Lopez with a special resolution unit" calling about a time-sensitive tax matter. He says my file is moving to final collection and I need to call him back at 833-727-9955. He talks about files flagged before some 2026 IRS deadline and unresolved items, a past balance or something missing. He says he wants to connect before it goes to collections and that he's available 9 to 5.

It's clearly a scam. I never signed up for anything and I know this isn't real. But the calls just won't stop.
