Got a weird call about a tax matter and final collections

I got this call from someone saying he's Brian Lopez with a special resolution unit. He said he was reaching out about a tax matter that's time sensitive and important. He told me he really needed to speak with me before my file moves into final collections. Then he said if I had time, I could press one now.

It felt off. I don't know who this is or what tax matter he's talking about. I never signed up for anything from a special resolution unit.
