Bought toothpaste from a deal and got charged twice for nothing

I saw this buy one get one free deal for toothpaste on their site BRIGHTORALABS.STORE. I paid $22.98 for it. After almost two weeks went by I never got any email about shipping or the product itself.

Then I was checking my bank to see how much I was getting paid on Friday and noticed they just charged me another $60. So now I am out $82.98 for toothpaste I never even got.

I have a 3 year old daughter and now I have to ask my family to help pay for her daycare next week just so I can cover my rent. Eighty bucks for toothpaste is just ridiculous.
