Ordered and paid but nothing ever came from Brightlybasket

I ordered from their website on 5/21/26. Got a confirmation saying they got my order. Then nothing. No shipping, no updates, nothing. I tried waiting but by 6/9/26 I still had no reply from them.

I paid $59.98 and never got the stuff. They just stopped answering. I sent emails to [email protected] but nobody got back to me. The website is Brightlybasket.com. Feels like I just threw my money away.
