Ordered toothpaste and got charged for extra tubes I did not ask for

I ordered from that website Brightoralabs.store and got the toothpaste. When it showed up there was 3 separate tubes. Then I looked at my bank and they charged me for another one. It was 59.00 plus 16 dollars for shipping on top of what I already paid. I did not order that extra one. I tried to figure out who to call but the only email they gave is [email protected] and the phone number is (206) 495-5671. I just want my money back for the thing I did not buy.

Toothpaste ad that charged me three times and no product

I saw an ad for some toothpaste that was supposed to repair damaged enamel. Sounded good so I bought 2 tubes for 22.98. That was a few days ago and I still haven't got anything.

Then 4 days later I see another charge on my card for 59.99 from them. And just today another one for 39.99. So they took my money three times now. I tried going to their website to see what's going on but it's been taken down.

I've emailed them 4 times since I placed the order. No reply. Nothing.
