Bought workbooks from Instagram ad and never got them

I saw an ad on Instagram for these workbooks and bought 2 of them. That was like 2 months ago and I still haven't gotten anything. I paid $49 for them.

I've asked for a refund 3 times now. Their website says they refund for any reason but they keep saying no. They just ignore me now. The email is [email protected] and their address is 24502 mariposa in Malibu CA. I don't know what else to do.
