Charged for a subscription I never agreed to

I used BringMeThat.com one time on 12/17/24 to order carry-out from a local restaurant. That was it. Just that one time.

Then this month I see two charges for $9.95 each. That’s their "Premium Subscription" thing. I never signed up for any subscription. I emailed them asking to cancel it and get a refund. No reply at all.

Now I have to cancel my credit card and update all my other bills and accounts. It’s a hassle.
