Got a bank card in the mail I never asked for

I found out there was mail for me at my old address. It was from Brinks Armored Account. Inside was a bank card with my name printed right on it. It wasn't a paper card, it was a real card with one of those chips in it. I never requested this.

I reported the whole thing right away. I had to put a freeze on everything.
