Facebook ad for an electric scooter that kept charging my card
I tried reaching out through the website brisaboutiqueus.com and emailed [email protected] but nobody got back to me. The address they have is 1751 COLORADO ST BLVD #121 in Los Angeles but I don't even know if that's real.
They took $215 total from me and I never got the scooter. The phone number they used was (440) 667-4959. I just want them to stop taking my money.
Order never came and they kept charging my card after
I contacted customer service and they told me to just give it two more weeks. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't gotten my order or any reply to my emails. I have proof of the purchase and the confirmation.
On top of that this website tried charging my Apple Pay account 39.99 and 38.78 multiple times after my original 14.99 order. I didn't place any other orders but my card keeps getting hit. I tried calling the number (585) 613-1174 but nobody picks up. No live person to talk to about a refund or anything.
Ordered something online and now nobody answers the phone or emails
But then I tried emailing them at [email protected] and calling the number they had which is 765-544-3547. The phone either says out of service or nobody picks up. I also tried the number from their site (818) 555-2743 and same thing.
I just want my money back or the product I paid for. I've sent a bunch of emails and called a few times now and nothing.
