Ordered sweatpants from Brocadei.com and never received them

I placed an order for an 8 pack of barrel sweatpants from Brocadei.com. My money was taken, $27 total, but the package never showed up.

I tried contacting them about it. They keep telling me it was delivered, which is just not true. I never got anything. It's really frustrating when a company just claims something was delivered and that's it. There's no help, no actual tracking to show me, nothing. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
