Tire guy took my tire and rim after damaging my car

I reached out to this company for tire repairs. When the guy showed up he took my tires off and put my car up on jacks in a way that didn't look safe. Then he tells me he needs to take the tires away for hours to fix them which is not what we talked about at all. It was supposed to be an onsite repair.

The jacks were placed in spots under my car that actually damaged the vehicle. So I asked him to just put the tires back on so I could tow it somewhere else. Instead he just fled with my tire and rim. Worst experience I've had with any company. Communication and work are both really poor.
