Bought a horse online, got scammed for over two thousand dollars

I bought a horse from a man who said his name was Lesley Blackwell from Brookside Horse Barn. The horse was supposed to be delivered to me here in Florida. I have a bill of sale and a transport waybill.

Then the delivery driver called me. He said I needed to send $1,880 for insurance that the state of Georgia demanded. I said no. He got really hostile about it, so I just ended the call. Right then I knew I’d been scammed. I’m out $2,300 total.
