Paid for car parts on Facebook and got hit with fake shipping insurance

I saw this guy Bruce selling Mazda parts on Facebook. I bought an exhaust from him for $410, which he said was shipped. After I paid, he said he gave my package to some Agency called Legacy Expressway Logistics to deliver.

They gave me a tracking number and then told me I had to pay a mandatory refundable insurance of $499. They said I'd get it back when the package was delivered. Bruce never said anything about extra charges. The deal was $410 shipped.

I asked Bruce to talk to his Agency or just use a different shipping company. He didn't want to do it. I have all the messages back and forth with him, and the emails with Legacy Expressway. I never got my package. I'm out $415 total.
