Paid for TV registration that was not real

I bought a new Vizio TV and there was a QR code in the box so I called the number. A man named Bruce answered and told me there is a fee to register all new TVs. He said it was $79.99 for 5 years or $149.99 for lifetime premium but then he said it was only $110 for senior citizens.

I fell for it and paid with my bank debit card. I called my bank as soon as it opened the next morning but the charge had already gone through. It was $115 instead of the $110 he said. So I lost that money.
