Online order got me signed up for a subscription I never agreed to

I made an online order one time and the next thing I know this company automatically signed me up for a subscription. I never signed up for that or agreed to anything like that. They just started trying to take money from my account.

I emailed them at [email protected] and contacted them several times. They just refused to stop trying to take funds from my account. No matter what I said they wouldn't listen.
