Charged $45 for toothpaste I didn't order or agree to
I ordered three tubes of toothpaste on December 26th. My card was charged $28, which was fine. Then on January 3rd, I see another charge from them for $45. I never ordered anything else and I never gave permission for that.
I emailed them about it. They said at checkout there's a clause that you agree to a self-renewal unless you contact them three days before. I didn't know anything about that. I didn't see it and I certainly didn't consent. I only found out when I got my bill.
I told them to cancel it and give me my money back. They just said they couldn't, that it was company policy. It feels like they took my money. I'm out $45.
