Ordered online and never got my package from BTHANN
I contacted them like 5 different times and got nowhere. Then they told me if I paid another 15.00 they would send me a refund. I said no. Then on two different times they said they would refund the full amount. The last date they told me was 7/10/26 for the full refund.
As of today 7/27 I still haven't gotten anything. When I emailed them again they just said they would investigate. Their email is [email protected]. I lost 34.88 dollars total.
