Got a ring I didn't order then two weird thank you notes

I got a small envelope from USPS with a turquoise and silver ring in it. It was addressed to me. But I did not order anything. No idea where it came from.

Then about a week later I got another little package. Just had a paper inside, a thank you note. It said Dear Valued Customer and thanks for your purchase. Also said I would be getting a gift I bought if I hadn't already gotten it.

A few weeks after that I got the exact same note again. Same address 3646 S. Wolcott Ave in Chicago but a different name on it. This time it said BTTANY MTOYA. Still no company name or anything. Just feels weird.
