Paid for Lulu dolls through Cash App and got nothing

I saw this site Bubuparadiseshop and paid for some Lulu dolls using Cash App. The money went out, $25, but I never got the dolls or any tracking. Nothing showed up.

So I contacted Cash App about it. They got back to me and just denied my claim. They said the purchase was fulfilled. I think it's because they couldn't find the business either. The whole thing feels like a scam. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.
