Paid for an excavator and they stopped answering after loading it

I bought a Kubota kx057-5 excavator from Buchtrade.com. They said it would be delivered within two weeks. The phone number I used was (406) 308-2800 and their address is 2 N Washington Street in Conrad, MT. I paid them $51,900 for this.

At first they were good about communicating. They told me when the service was done on it. Then they told me when the machine got loaded for shipping. I felt like everything was going fine.

Then the day before it was supposed to show up, they just stopped. No calls, no emails. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and calling that number but nothing. Just silence. I never got the excavator and I'm out the full amount.

Paid for a Bobcat loader on buchtrade.com and got nothing

I found a 2023 Bobcat T770 Track Loader online at buchtrade.com. The serial number was AT6338245. I sent wire funds for the full amount, $47,000. The people on the phone didn't pressure me at all, which I thought was good. They accepted my offer price and even worked out delivery times and dates with me.

Now the website is gone or not real. The address they gave is 2 N WASHINGTON ST in Conrad, MT. The phone number was (406) 308-2800 and the email was [email protected]. None of it is real. I never got the machine and I'm out the money.

I don't know what else to do. I just wanted to buy a piece of equipment.
