Ordered from Bucketculture.com and never got my package or a refund

I placed an order on Bucketculture.com and it never even shipped. Then I got an email from them asking me to review my order, which I never received. That felt off.

When I asked for a refund and to cancel, they told me they couldn't refund me because the package was already sent to the carrier. But the carrier never got my package. I lost over $68.

This company does this on purpose to scam people. I should've taken the warning because I'm not the only one they've done this to.
