Home improvement guy took my money and stopped answering

This guy Oscar Ramirez or Oscar Calderon, whatever his real name is, called me back after I reached out about painting. He asked how I got his number which I thought was weird but he sounded real nice and calm so I didn't think much of it. He told me some story about his vehicle breaking down and seemed like a decent person.

I paid him $9000 upfront which was more than we agreed on for the first payment but he said he needed it for materials. He came with barely any workers and just did enough to make it look like something was happening inside my house. Then he just stopped showing up. Now he won't pick up his phone and the job is not finished.

He drives a white van and asked me for my house keys. I did not give them to him thank god. His number is (678) 361-2917 and the contract says Buford Painters LLC at 1440 Horizon Parkway in Buford GA. Their email is [email protected] and another number is 470-406-0101. Just don't trust this guy.
