Kept getting letters about my home warranty after I bought the house.

I just bought a home and I've already gotten three letters about it. The house is still under warranty with the builder, so I don't know why they keep sending me this stuff. It feels like they're just trying to scare me into buying something I already have. The number on the letter is (888) 448-9920. I never called it because the whole thing seemed off. I just want them to stop sending me these fake bills or notices or whatever they are.
