Coffee maker order never arrived after a week

I bought a coffee maker from these people because they said it would be here in 2 days. That was over a week ago and nothing showed up. I emailed them at [email protected] to ask what’s going on but nobody ever wrote back. Their website is buildershope but I don’t even know if that’s a real company. I just want my money back or the coffee maker. I lost $20 on this.
