Job offer for delivery auditor turned into package trouble

I got a job offer for a delivery auditor position, said I’d make $4200 a month. It seemed okay at first. Then I started getting packages that looked like they were stolen. I didn’t know what to do so I gave them back to UPS.

Now they’re threatening me with a police report. They’re saying I stole their property. I never stole anything. I just tried to return the packages. The phone number they used was (971) 402-0678 and the email was [email protected]. They also had an address in Tualatin, Oregon. I don’t know what else to do about this.
