Ordered BurnSlim from an ad, returned it, and still no refund

I ordered a BurnSlim product after seeing an ad on Instagram. I had second thoughts and mailed everything back with USPS. I called their customer service at (323) 237-8012 and they told me they got the return.

My first two calls, they said my refund was being "expedited." On the third call, the woman was rude and just said it was processing and I had to wait.

I called again today, 4/13/26. The agent didn't even ask for my account info. Now they're telling me I have to get my refund through email. I'm out over $300. I just want my money back. Please don't order from them.

Still waiting for my refund after returning Burn Slim product

I saw Dr. Jennifer Ashton talking about the gelatin trick on TV, maybe the Today Show or GMA. She had celebrities like Kelly Clarkson and Oprah giving testimonials about how it worked for them. It all seemed truthful. So I got the product. Later I saw other people, like Dr. Oz, advertising the same pink gelatin thing under the name Gelatide.

I returned the product to the address they gave, which was 19655 E. 35th Drive #100 in Aurora, CO. I sent it back on January 20, 2026, and I have the tracking number. It's been a while now and I still haven't gotten my refund. That was over five hundred dollars. I tried the support email, [email protected], but nothing. I just want my money back.
