Ordered BurnJaro but got sent the wrong product, can't get a refund

I saw a video online about BurnJaro and decided to order it. When the package arrived, it was just bottles of probiotics. There was nothing in there with the ingredients they advertised.

I tried to get my money back through my credit card company, saying it was a fraudulent product. That didn't work out. So I tried to request a refund directly from BurnJaro. I never got any response.

I even tried contacting the shipping company they used. I have never received any communication back from the company at all. I paid $290 for this.
