Multiple calls a day about a business loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls from this number (866) 398-3753 and other numbers too. They call multiple times a day and leave the same voicemail every time.

The voicemail says "Hi, this is Angela Anderson from the Business Credit. Your business was recently moved into priority review stage after we evaluated your commercial borrowing history, showing preapproved for up to $287,000. Press one now or call me directly at 866-398-3753."

I never applied for any business loan. I don't even know what company this is. They just keep calling from different numbers with the same message. It's getting annoying.
