Letter asking for money to get a Pennsylvania certificate of good standing

I got a letter in the mail from "Business Document Center" saying if I sent them $87.25 then I would get a Pennsylvania Certificate of Good Standing for my business. The address was 614 S 4th St BOX #603, Philadelphia, PA 19147. The phone number on it was (855) 203-5959.

Something felt off so I looked up the phone number and found a bunch of other people talking about the same kind of scam. People sent the money and never got anything back. I didn't send them anything. Do not send them any money.
