Letter about certificate of good standing right after forming LLC
The letter didn't make any sense to me. I never asked for a certificate of good standing from them. I already did everything through the state directly. The address on it says 303 S Broadway STE 200 - PMB 133, Denver, CO 80209. There's also a website listed, thelocalbiz.com, and a phone number (855) 203-5959.
It just felt off. Like they were trying to catch people who just formed an LLC and might not know better. I didn't pay it. I figured I should just write this out in case anyone else gets the same thing.
Certificate of Good Standing form with no reply after payment
But we never got the certificate. I've called and left messages like six times, and I emailed them at [email protected] too. No response, no call back, nothing. No one has ever contacted us since the end of June.
That's why I'm pretty sure this is a scam. They took the money and just disappeared.

Something felt off so I looked up the phone number and found a bunch of other people talking about the same kind of scam. People sent the money and never got anything back. I didn't send them anything. Do not send them any money.
