Letter with fake tax form about labor law posters for my new business

I got this letter in the mail for my new business and at first I thought it was some kind of tax form. It was made to look official like I had to post labor law posters in my work place. They wanted me to send $92.58.

The letter says it's from Business Poster Compliance and gives an address in Annapolis and an email [email protected]. But I looked into it and it just feels off. Like they are trying to trick new business owners into paying for something that probably isn't even real.

I didn't send them any money but this is pretty frustrating. They make it look like a requirement and I bet a lot of people just pay it without thinking.
