Facebook video about neuropathy product led to unwanted charges

I saw a video on Facebook about a product for Neuropathy. I tried to order just the product and the amount I wanted but it kept offering more products and stuff. I tried to back out of completing the order but they sent what I tried to order plus a lot of bottles I didn't want.

Now I am returning the product unopened and hope to get my money back of $570.29. The phone number they gave is 302-496-4906 for Buy Goods. Their address is 11870 62nd Street, Largo, FL 33773.

Ordered Melt Drops with money back guarantee and now no one answers

I ordered Melt Drops from Buy Goods because they had a money back guarantee. So I figured it was safe. Got the product and it’s a total scam. Does not work at all like they said.

Now I can’t reach anyone for a refund. No one picks up the phone or replies to emails. I spent 312 dollars on this. I just need my money back now. ASAP.
